Bargain Hunt Date with David Filming Bargain Hunt Filming Prime Time The Experts Bargain Hunt Live
This is how Bargain Hunt is filmed. It's a surprisingly intimate affair, you could be at the fair and never know they were filming! There's a great deal of forward planning and co-ordination involved to enable the filming to go as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Exclusive To This Site.The following photographs were taken at Newark Antique Fair in August 2001 and show scenes to be used in the fourth series of Bargain Hunt and a few that won't!

The Director sets up all David's shots. Calculating where he'll stand, sit etc. with the props and contestants. Even pacing out the distance he'll walk while he's delivering his introductory instructions.

But it's down to David to add the star quality...

By the look on his face He's getting his eye in on something, maybe not nautical but nice!

David tried on a helmet and glasses before straddling the Harley, but then it was decided he wouldn't wear them for filming. Viewers just wouldn't have been able to tell it was him!!! What not even by his size 11 Gucci shoes?*!!
Such a shiny helmet too!

Now he's taken the helmet off, he needs to check his hair, you can see him making minor adjustments in the reproduction mirrors to the right of the bike.
